Help me help LBSL Families
Email
Currently LBSL patients and their families face many challenges. Beyond the initial diagnosis
and finding information about the disease, there are also physical and emotional impacts of
the disease itself on every member of the family. Families often spend an enormous amount
of time finding the right doctors and services, as well as explaining their child’s condition to
teachers, caregivers or medical providers who have never heard the work “leukodystrophy”
before. These challenges are all the more critical in emergency situations.
Cure LBSL is working to make life easier for patients and their families, as well as investing in
science that leads to treatments and cures.

I just started a fundraiser for Cure LBSL! Help me reach my goal. The foundation provides hope and support to people living with LBSL. They fund research into cures and they make sure no one with this disease ever has to face it alone. #CureLBSL #Sept20LBSLAwarenessDay
